Shipping policy

 

Time

For UK orders there is a choice between standard and Express shipping.

Standard shipping costs £2.50 and takes around 3-5 working days.

Express shipping costs £3.50 and takes around 1-3 working days.

If your item takes longer than expected to arrive, we apologise although we are not responsible.

 

Missing Delivery

If your item is not delivered within 10 days you must contact us in order for us to submit a shipping claim within the designated time period. If you notify us of an issue within this time we should be able to compensate you for the item.

 

Item was delivered but went missing

If your item has been delivered and proof of delivery can be found then we are not responsible for the item going missing.

 

Adding Delivery Instructions

If you have an awkward delivery situation please contact us before purchasing and we can add delivery instructions to your order.

 

International Shipping

International orders should take around 10 days to arrive. This may depend on the speed of your country's customs clearance service.
